Akhir – akhir ini saya banyak banyak sekali menerima SMS, BBM serta pesan instan lainnya yang menginformaksikan adanya Lowongan Kerja di perusahaan besar.

Bahkan pernah beberapa kali pesan singkat yang menginformasikan Lowongan Kerja ini saya terima dari seorang yang saya kenal, setelah saya bertanya lebih detail ternyata pesan itu adalah terusan informasi Lowongan Kerja yang teman saya terima melalui SMS.

Jika ditelisik lebih lanjut, pesan singkat informasi Lowongan Kerja seperti ini tidak benar dan merupakan scam yang dibuat oleh orang tidak bertanggung jawab. Sebenarnya scam Lowongan Kerja seperti ini bukanlah hal yang baru, bahkan sejak November 2006 Eko Juniarto mendokumentasikan email – email lowongan kerja palsu melalui situs http://maxgain.wordpress.com namun dokumentasi ini berhenti sampai tahun 2011.

Sejak akhir tahun lalu Samsung Media Solution Center, pusat Research and Development perusahaan produsen Smartphone terbesar di dunia, telah melakukan serangkaian pembicaraan dengan beberapa perusahaan di Indonesia tentang kemungkinan membangun sebuah Research and Development Center di Indonesia. Rencananya pusat pengembangan ini akan menjadi pusat pengembangan peranti lunak terbesar milik Samsung.

Diantara beberapa perusahaan yang ditemui, perusahaan head hunter saya diundang sebagai konsultan recruitment, saat itu kami bertemu dengan 3 orang bernama Park dari Head Quarters Samsung Media Solution Center. Mereka mengajukan banyak pertanyaan tentang skill serta ketersediaan tenaga kerja IT di Indonesia khususnya di bidang development.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for establishing and maintaining the Companies web-site with high quality content and design in line with the Corporate Identity guidelines.
  • Responsible for local web strategy in terms of functionality, design and communications, closely collaborating with the central Online function.
    • Responsible to develop the web-site into a key tool to help our Consultants retrieving relevant information to improve business performance.
